Maximus Development Technologies

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This policy explains what information is collected across the games made under the name Maximus Development Technologies: Legends Legacy FC, ACES, ATLAS, and Pokernight Tracker. These games share one account system, so if you create an account or add a friend in one of them, it works the same way in the others.

Who runs this

Maximus Development Technologies isn't a registered company. It's the name I use for the games I build and run myself. If you have a question about this policy or your data, email me at [email protected] and I'll get back to you.

What information is collected

WhatDetails
Account details A username and password you choose. You don't need to give a real email address to create an account. Your username is used to generate an internal login ID behind the scenes, which is never shown to you or anyone else.
Gameplay data Your progress, collection, teams, coin balance, and stats. Basically whatever the game needs to save your progress and show leaderboards.
Friends and messages If you add a friend, both usernames get linked so you can see each other and message. Messages are stored so your conversations are still there next time you open the app.
Purchases If you buy coins, I record that the purchase happened and how much it granted, so it can be added to your account. I don't see or store your card details or Apple ID payment information. That's handled entirely by Stripe on the website, or by Apple's In-App Purchase system inside the iOS app.
Support emails If you email me for help, I keep that conversation so I can follow up and fix whatever's wrong.

What it's used for

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising or send it to marketers.

Who it's shared with

A few outside services help run the games. Each one only gets what it needs to do its specific job:

None of this data goes to advertisers, and none of the games currently show ads.

Your choices

Children

These games aren't aimed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has made an account, let me know and I'll remove it.

How long data is kept

Your account and gameplay data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, that data is removed from the live systems. Purchase records may be kept a bit longer where needed for financial or tax records.

Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to the database is restricted, and all payment handling is done by Stripe and Apple rather than by me directly.

Changes to this policy

If anything meaningful changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using any of the games after a change, that means you're okay with the update.
