The short version

About MDT

Maximus Development Technologies (Maximus Dev Tech, MDT) is run by Max Jones, a sole trader in Essex, England. These terms cover using maximusdevtech.co.uk and every game and app on it. By using them you agree to these terms, so please read them. How your data is handled is in the Privacy Policy.

If I build a website for your business, that work is covered by a separate written agreement, not these terms.

The rules

Wherever other players can see what you do (messages, names, profiles, photos, songs, captions, game ideas), don't:

If you break these rules I can remove your content, take back MXC or rewards, and suspend or ban your account, depending on how serious it is. If something is illegal or puts someone at risk, I may also tell the police or other authorities.

What you make

The photos, songs, messages and other things you make stay yours. By sharing them on MDT you give me permission to store them and show them in the apps as the feature works (for example, a published song plays on the radio for everyone, a photo goes to the friend you sent it to). This permission ends when you delete the thing or your account. I can remove anything that breaks these terms.

Changes and availability

MDT is made by one person and is always being worked on, so games change, get new features, and are sometimes hidden or retired. I try hard to keep everything working and your saves safe, but I can't promise the games will always be available or free of bugs. I may update these terms; if the change is important I'll say so in the update log, and the date at the top will change.

Liability

The games are free and provided as they are. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses that come from using them, such as lost progress or MXC. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't let me limit, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions, complaints or anything else: [email protected].
